Second edition of GastrOli: the new-harvest oil from DOP Terra Alta presented with a live culinary session from the Espai Boqueria.
La Boqueria receives the second GastrOli in January 2022. The new oil returns to Barcelona bringing a new harvest: DOP Terra Alta, once again, but the year that makes it different. Live cooking with freshly pressed produce. New oil as the thread linking stoves, market and land. Two consecutive years on the same stage and each time a different oil. The harvest calls the shots.
