Purpose
This notice governs the use of gastrorepicat.cat and its subsections, in compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).
Terms of use
Access to the website is free. The user agrees not to use the site in a way that violates applicable Spanish or Catalan law, or third-party rights. The user is liable for damages caused to Gastrorepicat or third parties by improper use of the site.
Intellectual property
All editorial content, photographs, videos, designs and marks on this site are owned by Gastroevents and Repicat Events or by their authorised collaborators. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without written authorisation is prohibited. Third-party marks (clients, speakers) are used with express consent and may be withdrawn at the holder's request.
Liability
Gastrorepicat is not responsible for third-party use of the site's content, or for external links that may become inactive or change. We are not liable for opinions expressed by collaborators or speakers in chronicles, videos or interviews published on the site.
Governing law
Spanish law applies. For any dispute arising from use of the site, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals under current legislation.
