This privacy policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and digital rights guarantees (LOPDGDD).

Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect:

  • Full name
  • Email
  • Organisation (optional)
  • Type of event of interest
  • Estimated date (optional, free text)
  • Message

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising, or user profiling. The site only sets one functional first-party cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember the user's language preference — see the Cookie policy.

Purpose

To handle and reply to B2B enquiries received via the contact form. We do not do direct marketing, profile users, or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

  • Consent of the user when submitting the form.
  • Legitimate interest in answering the enquiry and keeping the conversation for the time needed to pursue the requested business prospect.

All providers offer GDPR safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or EU residency).

Retention

Form data is kept only for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and the resulting conversation. Once closed, it is deleted from the transactional email provider (Resend retains 30 days by default) and from the internal inbox. Data of prospects that become clients moves to the company CRM under an independent contractual legal basis.

Your rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing free of charge by emailing gastrorepicat@gmail.com stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your ID document.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulation, you may file a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT)https://apdcat.gencat.cat — or the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD)https://www.aepd.es.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The date of the last revision is published at the bottom of the document.
