Gandesa 2019

Gandesa, the capital of the Terra Alta, hosts the second edition of GastroEbre in January 2019. Garnacha wine, olive oil and Delta rice: three DOP products that mark both the calendar and the stoves. Paco Pérez and his sommelier Toni Gata — Miramar, two stars in Llançà — bring the territory to the plate through cross-cutting pairing. Josep Roca explains garnatxa blanca in high-end cooking. Jeroni Castell and Vicent Guimerà close the cycle with riverside and western cuisine. Two days, three DOPs, one territory that knows very well how to transform produce into memory.
