Barcelona, 8 March 2021. The first Gastro Dona, live from the former Estrella Damm factory. A day that puts names, faces and cooking to the women who have kept the territory's stoves alight. Chefs of the comarca, protagonists without subtitles. Their voice at the centre of the plate, not at the margin. Gastrorepicat has been cooking moments for twelve years. This was the first time it decided who would cook them.
