Barcelona, 8 March 2021. The first Gastro Dona, live from the former Estrella Damm factory and broadcast on the Gastroevents Online channel. A lineup of starred kitchens and reference houses from across the country — from Sant Pau to Les Cols, from Ca l'Isidre to El Bistrot in Gandesa, from Mallorca to the Baix Empordà — brought together on 8 March. Chefs, sommeliers and communicators. Names, faces and cooking of the women who run professional restaurant kitchens. Not as an exception: as the norm. Gastrorepicat has been cooking moments for twelve years. This was the first time it decided who would cook them.
