2021GastroMar 2021 — L'Ampolla
The first GastroMar in L'Ampolla. Chefs and researchers champion Mediterranean fish, healthy diet and ocean sustainability, with the heritage of fish cuisines as the central thread.
L'Ampolla, the Delta's port, hosts the first GastroMar in March 2021. Three days where the Ebro sea comes to the table: oysters, fresh market fish and a way of understanding seafood cooking rooted in sustainability.
Quim Casellas, from Casamar in Llafranc, talks blue economy with his eyes on the future. Ada Parellada brings the vision of Semproniana. And the Hermanos Torres close with the seafood cooking that has made them great, with Vilajuïga water as their accomplice.
The L'Ampolla Oyster Contest crowns the day. Fishermen, biologists and chefs share table and argument: the Mediterranean is best cared for by cooking it well. Produce, craft and territory, in a single tide.
