Mas Tramontano, a listed estate on the banks of the Ebro, hosts the first Gastronomic Harvest in September 2021. BAYO rice is the star: a Delta product that comes to the table as what it truly is — heritage. Fran López, from Villa Retiro in Xerta, opens the day with the gaze of the river. Carles Gaig brings Barcelona without losing the root. Vicent Guimerà, from L'Antic Molí in Ulldecona, closes with the substance of olive-tree cooking. A single day, twelve chefs, one grain. Here the Delta is not background scenery: it is the ingredient that governs everything.
