Welcome to a new edition of GASTROEBRE!
On 24 and 25 October, we celebrate GASTROEBRE 2021 at Lo Molí de Rosquilles, in the municipality of Masdenverge in the Montsià region.
This new edition is unprecedented: dedicated entirely to sweet cooking and pastry — both avant-garde and creative as well as classic and traditional. Chefs, pastry chefs, ice-cream makers, bakers… More than twenty of the best and most prestigious Catalan professionals will gather on our stage to share the most authentic and exciting side of their craft.
We will have wine, liqueur and spirits pairings from the territory, local producers, and alongside the most representative names in the sector, teachers and students from the country's leading pastry schools — shining a light on the new generation already stepping up to carry this sector forward.
Once again, the full programme of Sunday afternoon the 24th and Monday the 25th will be streamed live on our YouTube channel Gastroevents Online, so you can follow it from anywhere and revisit it whenever you like.
Masdenverge, in the Montsià, hosts the fourth GastroEbre in October 2021 in an unprecedented edition: the entire line-up is sweet. Pastry chefs, bakers, ice-cream makers and chocolatiers from across the country gather at a Molí de Rosquilles that knows exactly what tradition means. Ada Parellada — Semproniana, Barcelona — opens with territory-led cooking and local produce. David Gil — I+Desserts — brings innovation to the world of sweet. Lluis Costa — Vallflorida xocolaters, best croissant in Spain 2015 — shows that craft and excellence are practised every single day. When sweet cooking speaks of the territory, Masdenverge is the honey and the oil that binds it all together.
