Second GastroMar at L'Ampolla, with the «L'Ampolla cuina de l'Ostra» competition and three days of seafood cooking, sustainability and quayside produce.
L'Ampolla sets the table again in March 2022. The second GastroMar, and the Delta port already knows how to welcome: three days where oyster, bluefin tuna and quayside fish set the pace. Eduard Xatruch brings Disfrutar's avant-garde to the Delta. Iolanda Bustos, the chef of les Flors, shucks oysters and explains why they're worth every euro. Ivan Margalef and Xavier Benito, from the starred L'Ó, speak of the Delta as terroir. And Masashi Lijima, from Collioure, proves that Japanese techniques and the Mediterranean understand each other better than you'd think. The 8th edition of the L'Ampolla Oyster Competition crowns the day. Produce, craft and sea: three words that here mean exactly the same thing.
