Fifth GastroEbre, devoted exclusively to sweet cooking, pastry and top-level desserts. Three days at the Pavelló Firal de Remolins in Tortosa, with nearly twenty professionals — from Oriol Balaguer to Olivier Bajard, from Miquel Guarro to Fran López — in masterclasses and showcookings. The Baix Ebre, from oil and citrus to wine and rice, as the larder of a gathering that sweetens the Terres de l'Ebre.

Tortosa, the capital of the Baix Ebre, hosts the fifth GastroEbre in October 2022 at the Pavelló Firal de Remolins. Three days, one exclusive focus: sweet cooking, desserts and top-level pastry. Oriol Balaguer — Relais Desserts, best pastry chef 2018 — and the international Olivier Bajard — world pastry champion, School of Perpignan — set the tone. Miquel Guarro — Hofmann Barcelona — brings contemporary creativity. Fran López adds the Delta's citrus fruit in the form of restaurant desserts. Five editions, five venues, one thread: the Terres de l'Ebre know how to sweeten the territory.
