2023GastrOli 2023 — New-Harvest Oil at the Table

GastrOli once again puts new-harvest oil at the centre of the plate, with guest chefs and the Terra Alta's produce as the guiding thread.

Gandesa, Terra Alta, January 2023. GastrOli leaves Barcelona and returns to its origins. The new-harvest oil is presented where the olives are born: in the comarca that carries the DOP in its name. Guest chefs cook with the produce right beside them. The Terra Alta on the plate, without middlemen. When the presentation takes place on the land that produces, the flavour explains itself.
