#GastroPirineus returns this April to champion the gastronomy of the territory#

More than twenty culinary professionals will appear in this edition, including chefs Oriol Rovira, Sergi de Meià, Ada Parellada, Martin Comamala and Jean Louis Neichel

The 8th edition of the Pyrenean gastronomy and cooking days will be held on 11 and 12 April at the Hotel Port Ainé 2000 (Pallars). All sessions can once again be watched live from anywhere in the world via streaming on the Gastroevents Youtube channel. Port Ainé, deep in Pallars Sobirà, hosts GastroPirineus in April 2023. Eight editions and the message is the same: the territory rules, and the Lleida Pyrenees say it plainly from the larder. Sergi de Meià arrives with produce as his cause. Ada Parellada brings Semproniana to the hills. Oriol Rovira descends from Els Casals with terroir-driven cooking and long slow times. Marcos Pedarròs crosses the border from the Val d'Aran to remind us that Occitan cuisine is right next door. Martin Comamala, from Puigcerdà, closes the circle with a personal, local and wild cooking style. Local produce, mountain craft and territory you can taste on the plate.
