CuinAigua session at the Espai Boqueria, where cooking and water engage in dialogue with market produce at the heart of Barcelona.

The Espai Boqueria in Barcelona hosts CuinAigua in April 2025. The most photographed market in the country becomes for one day a laboratory where Ter-Llobregat water dialogues with fresh produce. Albert Raurich, with one Michelin star and two restaurants — Dos Palillos and Dos Pebrots — behind him, brings creative cooking to the heart of the market. His reading of local produce is direct and uncompromising. Market, chef and an invisible ingredient that connects everything. When the water is good, the dish shows it. La Boqueria has always known this.
