Andorra la Vella, February 2025. GastrOli crosses the Pyrenees and the new-harvest oil from DOP Terra Alta reaches the Principality. Can Manel plays host; Andorran chefs, cook. Carles Flinch, Jose Antonio Guillermo, Rodrigo Martínez and Jordi Grau show how to work EVOO alongside local produce.
