The Armengou family, from Cal Fanxicó, open with lamb and age-old desserts. Pere Venturós, from Terra (Berga), binds river and land on a single plate. Carla Orriols brings the braised veal from Hostal Les Fonts. And Iolanda Bustos distils landscape into hydrosols you drink with your eyes.
The Pre-Pyrenees as larder and water as the origin of everything. Here the kitchen does not decorate the territory: it drinks it, cooks it and brings it back to the table.
