2022Tramuntano 2022 — The Gastronomic Harvest
Second edition of the Gastronomic Harvest at Mas Tramontano, with talks by guest chefs around BAYO rice and the landscape of the Ebro Delta.
We return to Mas Tramontano in September 2022. Second harvest, new angle: BAYO rice viewed from outside, with chefs from Andorra, the Montsant and Mallorca bringing other geographies to the Delta. Joel Castanyé, from La Boscana in Bellvís, creates a dialogue between irrigation rice and the cuisine of the Lleida plain. Rafel Muria, from Quatre Molins in Cornudella, makes the Montsant speak. Fabiola Layret and Steven Wu Zheng bring two cultures into the same rice grammar. When the grain is the same and the stoves change, you learn how great the heritage really is. The Harvest, year after year, proves it.
