2025GastroFruit Dolç 2025 — Flix
GastroFruit Dolç returns to Flix to celebrate the pastry and sweet cooking of the Ribera d'Ebre with seasonal fruit as the guiding thread. Live demonstrations, local producers and the finest sweet produce of the territory at the Mercat Municipal.
Flix becomes the sweet heart of summer again in 2025. GastroFruit Dolç takes over the Mercat Municipal with a fresh thread: the seasonal fruit of the Ribera d'Ebre. Peaches, plums and nectarines that travel straight from the fields to the plate. Miquel Guarro reads the fruit with the intensity and elegance of an international pastry chef. Oriol Balaguer —Relais Desserts— layers in chocolate and DOP Delta Rice. Vicent Guimerà —Antic Molí, Ulldecona— closes the circle with kitchen-garden fruit and vegetables, in the spirit of the «Project hands». Summer, fruit, sweetness and territory: GastroFruit Dolç is the harvest no one expected at the stove.
